The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the metro and nearby shopping centers. It was also conveniently surrounded by a variety of delicious food options. the room was spacious and had two toilets, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleaners did an excellent job every day, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay.
The hotel staff had significant language and communication problems. Most of the staff did not speak English, making it difficult to communicate and get basic tasks done.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We especially loved the fact that the hotel was situated in a prime location, with easy access to public transportation and shopping centers. the hotel provided very good value for its price.
we had communication problems with the staff as they didn't speak English very well, which made it difficult to get some basic tasks done.
